A little about me...

My name is Natalie, and I am an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor. I believe that feeling truly heard and genuinely understood is at the heart of meaningful, lasting change. At the centre of my work is the therapeutic relationship, built on trust, openness and mutual respect. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe enough to talk openly and honestly. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you, gently making sense of your experiences and what they mean for you.

I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement, trauma, the impact of abuse, and life transitions. I also have experience working with individuals living with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, supporting the unique challenges this can bring to identity, emotional regulation, self-worth, relationships and everyday life. My practice is rooted in GSRD-aware principles, ensuring that diverse gender identities, sexualities, and relationship structures are respected, offering an affirming, supportive space that fosters  a sense of belonging.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in an understanding of how our early relationships and life experiences shape the way we think, feel and relate to others. This includes parts-based approaches, IFS, and structural dissociation, with particular relation to  survivors of sexual assault, domestic abuse and the impact of abuse, transgenerational trauma and how patterns of experience, survival and coping can be passed across generations. Being integrative, allows me to draw from a range of modalities, be responsive to your needs, work with sensitivity and care, prioritise safety, trust and empowerment, and always be guided by your readiness and emotional wellbeing.
